In my local ConfigureService Method in Startup file,
Actually AccessTokenManagementService required TokenEndpointService in constructor and ServiceCollections register with ITokenEndpoint Services.
services.AddHttpClient<ITokenEndpointService, TokenEndpointService>();
We need to change TokenEndpointService to ITokenEndpointService in AccessTokenManagementService constructor
