Passing time from world / interaction about june HOT 3 CLOSED

Infection happens during one interaction in the interaction class, where we use infecter.infection.infect(recipient). The time of infection would need to be passed there.
After one interaction iteration we call the updates_statuts_lists() but that only checks if people are recovered and evolves the symptoms.

Okay, so we just need to get the time passed into the method infect_person_at_time above, which I updaed to take time but havent updated where it is called in the code.

update_status_lists() requires delta_time to update the symptoms, so I guess it should pass this down to update the symptoms severity?
