9002: Error : Could not create customer code. about com.iatspayments.civicrm HOT 4 CLOSED

No need to enter Bank number + branch transit number - we're glue-ing this together from their individual fields.

Sounds like an error unrelated to the banking info you're providing. I would expect that an error related to the banking info would provide a more useful message.

Are you sure the account and agent code are set up for ach/eft (and maybe needs permission to create customer codes as well?)? The different agent codes can be set up with different abilities.

We have upgraded to version 1.2.11 but are getting same errors. We're checking with iATS about this.
