It looks like the Will update the parser later today.readdirp API has changed.
Update: There is big problem with the CLI and documentation. Fix coming shortly.

The documentation was wrong and the cli broken. Both problems are fixed.
The options are --fileFilter and --directoryFilter (note the double dash). So it is i18next /path/to/file/or/dir --fileFilter *.hbs,*.js -directoryFilter '!.git'. Also, it may be needed that you quote the glob sometimes!
