Make it suitable for all generic CH56x development boards about wch-ch56x-bsp HOT 3 CLOSED

• Refactor CH56x_hydrausb3.c / CH56x_hydrausb3.h
  • hydrausb3_gpio_cfg() renamed bsp_gpio_cfg() and moved to CH56x_bsp.c & CH56x_bsp.h
  • hydrausb3_gpio_read() renamed bsp_gpio_read() and moved to CH56x_bsp.c & CH56x_bsp.h
  • hydrausb3_gpio_set() renamed bsp_gpio_set() and moved to CH56x_bsp.c & CH56x_bsp.h
  • hydrausb3_gpio_clr() renamed bsp_gpio_clr() and moved to CH56x_bsp.c & CH56x_bsp.h
  • hydrausb3_sync2boards() renamed bsp_sync2boards() and moved to CH56x_bsp.c & CH56x_bsp.h
• Update BSP HAL header for the board in CH56x_bsp.c & CH56x_bsp.h
  • Create BSP HAL with external API (to be defined in board xxx.c/xxx.h (xxx is the board name to be included/compiled in the project during build)
    • bsp_gpio_init()
    • bsp_ubtn()
    • bsp_switch()
• Create a directory board at root of wch-ch56x-bsp repository and move files CH56x_hydrausb3.c / CH56x_hydrausb3.h to it
  • hydrausb3_gpio_init() renamed bsp_gpio_init()
  • hydrausb3_ubtn() renamed bsp_ubtn()
  • hydrausb3_pb24() renamed bsp_switch()
  • Replace macro ULED_ON() by bsp_uled_on()
  • Replace macro ULED_OFF() by bsp_uled_off()
