Kaitai Struct File about acd HOT 3 CLOSED

Hi Vadoola,

Not dead yet, my interest in it comes and goes though.

Definitely interested to see an implementation using Kaitai. I haven’t worked with that library before, it’s looks very interesting.

Even if it’s just a draft PR, I’d have enough motivation in trying out Kaitai to move it along a little bit.

I started with the sbregion.dat files, and its the only one I've done much with. I'll see if I can do a bit more work, clean it up and submit a PR sometime soon.
