Nvm I fixed it, I forgot that I was running the MySQL server without an SSL Cert so I needed to use &useSSL=false

Hey mate, communications link is usually due to being unable to connect to the database, are you sure it’s accessible? / running

Yeah seems to be, I can access it from MySQL workbench on the same PC... hmm I'll try a few things and see if it is user error

The credentials are correct as I can use them on SQL Workbench... not sure what else to try tbf
