Cant load the log4net config file from the project root about microsoft.extensions.logging.log4net.aspnetcore HOT 5 CLOSED

Sorry by the delay answering you.

Yes, the behavior to load the log4net.config file have been changed to support the new coming features on IIS Express for .NET Core 2.2, and now is looking for the file in the folder where your application is located.

Could you try to set the property named Copy to Output directory for log4net.config file to Copy always?
