目前不具备这个功能，可以自己编写脚本来实现，不过并不是所有顶级域名都适合使用泛域名解析

因为并不是所有的网站都像 Google 那样可以只通过某一个单独的 IP 来代理访问所有其他服务器

哪是把泛解析做到多细的问题了，原则上hosts可以完全用dns来替代的

理论上按照 RFC 的规范，hosts 就应该用 DNS 来代替。但是 hosts 相比于自建 DNS 还是有资源占用方面的优势的。
另外，dnsmasq 本身也不能完全代替 DNS，而且其支持平台有限

不需要泛域名解析。只要hosts中每一条记录对应一条dnsmasq conf中的address规则就行。
