hosts 文件本身允许同一个域名指向多个不同的 IP。一般情况下，系统会自下而上的来尝试使用这些条目，如果下方的服务器地址访问出现错误，则会自动使用排在后面的地址来尝试建立连接。目前的 hosts 文件就采用了这种方式提供了冗余方案。
