select not working on mobile when .select-select is display:none about select HOT 1 CLOSED

It looks like a line setting display to block got removed from the javascript in 1.1.1. Just removing display:none from the css seems to work fine for me too (tested on Android phone).

There's one more issue I ran into with the native select on mobile devices. The value from the select element doesn't propagate back to the Select object. A workaround is to use the value off of the select element, or fix the Select object with something like this:
