LOOP10.BAS example should cleanly terminate about ctbasic HOT 1 CLOSED

Commit 37dae06 helps illustrate the problem clearly (previously there were endless asterisks printed, and it wasn't clear that any of them were grouped in 10s, which was supposed to be the entire point of the example).

Current behavior:

and so on, never terminating.

Desired behavior:
Simply output the first line, then terminate cleanly:

from ctbasic.
