Add RTL support about desktop HOT 7 CLOSED

Thanks, a few things regarding this matter:

1. I'm not sure the name (Hoobs) on the top menu needs to be translated, looks a bit weird.
2. the word "Dashboard" on the top menu is not shown translated (I've translated it).
3. I guess the sentence

click the service menu on the rupper right

should be (first fixed for the error) translated accordingly (upper left).

We use the Loco service to translate. This is a community driven translation site. As the strings are translated we will sync them into the release.
