Since it's a network issue, there's nothing we can do on our end.
If there are no problems with your network environment, I think it will work if you try again after some time.

Also, it's difficult for me to follow up on individual environment issues, so if you want to build the plugin yourself and can't do it on your local machine, please use the GitHub Actions workflow (see https://github.com/homuler/MediaPipeUnityPlugin#hammer_and_wrench-installation).

Note that you can download the prebuilt plugin from the release page, so you don't need to build the plugin by yourself in most cases.
