🚀 About Me

I am an aerospace engineering Ph.D. candidate at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where I am supported by a NASA Space Technology Graduate Research Opportunity award. I am currently leading development of robotic caretaking capabilities for autonomous robots in space habitats which may be uncrewed for long durations as part of the Representing and Manipulating Deformable Linear Objects (RMDLO) project. I previously earned the M.S. degree in aeronautics and astronautics at Stanford University and the B.S. and B.A. degrees in chemical engineering and music from the University of Missouri, Columbia.

💥 My Growing Stack

Hardware: ABB IRB 120 6DOF Manipulator, Universal Robots UR5e 6DOF Manipulator, Rethink Robotics Sawyer 7DOF Manipulator, Intel RealSense Camera, Oak-D Pro Camera, ZED Mini Stereo Camera, Robotiq Hand-E Adaptive Gripper, OnRobot 2FG7 Parallel-Jaw Gripper, DIGIT GelSight Tactile Sensor, and a Turtlebot with Velodyne LiDAR 🐢
Languages: Python, C++, Matlab
Additional Tools: Git, GitHub, Robot Operating System (ROS), Docker, Blender, PyTorch, TensorFlow

ROS packages for motion planning and execution for two ABB IRB120 robotic manipulators

astrobeecd icon astrobeecd

[IAC 2023, AA 2024] This repository contains the code used in our paper, "AstrobeeCD: Change Detection in Microgravity with Free-Flying Robots." This method is useful for detecting 3D scene changes given a 3D model, a sequence of images, and a sequence of camera poses.

All the resources I wish I knew when starting my PhD. This repository is aimed to be a living, constantly developing resource where everybody can contribute with new resources!

pypose icon pypose

A library for differentiable robotics.

trackdlo icon trackdlo

This repository contains the code used in our paper, "TrackDLO: Tracking Deformable Linear Objects Under Occlusion with Motion Coherence." This algorithm is useful for tracking the motion of DLOs, including wire and rope, under several categories of occlusion without physics simulation.
