ignoreFailures=false does not fail build about license-gradle-plugin HOT 5 CLOSED

Hi codeaholics,

The ignoreFailures only actually applies to the 'check' of the licensing, not to the 'formatting' itself. If you execute gradle check it should fail if there are errors.

I don't believe it works:

$ ./gradlew check

I've made a GitHub repo (codeaholics/license-gradle-plugin-demo) to demonstrate this bug. Clone it and run ./gradlew check. You'll see it reports a warning about a missing header (on the only file in the src tree), but doesn't fail the build.
