Can you post the whole build command?

Build command: cargo build -Z build-std=std,core,alloc,panic_abort --target x86_64-unknown-hermit -vv
I talked with @stlankes today and he said this isn't really an error. Rust ships with a precompiled std library for some targets, but x86_64-unknown-hermit is not one of those targets. This error doesn't cause the build to fail, because the std crates are then built from source instead.

I think that this is normal behavior. The compiler checks is the target x86_64-unknown-hermit is installed. In our case, the target is missing, throws an error and recompiled libstd from source.
