In general, you have several options to solve your problem.

• You can use TrafficOptimizationMode and disable it to avoid that the route will depend on the current traffic situation.
• Or you use the OfflineRoutingEngine, then you will also ignore any traffic.
• Use multiple waypoints to shape the route. For your case, stopover waypoints sound like the best option.
• If you know already the exact route, you can use the importRoute() feature and pass in the coordinates.
• You can also combine all the above options.
