Hey what is Telepathy? Im trying to fix this problem, i reinstalled Microsoft 10 and now I don't get Prompts to Allow internet access, I have to Allow everything Manually and I cant find which file to allow for some apps.

I ended reinstalling W10 as well and I'm creating restore points along the way. Fully patched 22H2 and so far SW is still prompting as expected. I thought it might have been the June Cumulative patch or a .Net update but I guess not. I also used "https://www.oo-software.com/en/shutup10" to shutdown most of the extra crap but even 'disabling notifications' didn't affect alerts from SQ. Finally I ran Sophia-Script-for-Windows on the original install but did not record exactly which options I disabled but so far I have not been able to replicate what caused SW notification to fail. There was nothing in SW log, there was no packet logging, no errors in any event log. Nothing to troubleshoot.
