DecoderException: Unknow recipe serializer car:blast_furnace about ultimate-car-mod HOT 13 CLOSED

Unfortunately I am not able to reproduce this issue. There also does not seem to be any error in the logs.
If you send logs next time please use something like gist.

Install forge and your mod, the problem is the same.

It should not make any difference if I use my own server or this server.

Ok, now It's clear I missing something.
So I have done this:

1. created dir tmp
2. cd tmp
3. downloaded https://files.minecraftforge.net/maven/net/minecraftforge/forge/1.15.2-31.2.36/forge-1.15.2-31.2.36-installer.jar
4. lunch installer java -jar forge-1.15.2-31.2.36-installer.jar --installServer
5. mkdir mods
6. downloaded https://edge.forgecdn.net/files/2984/252/car-1.15.2-2.0.11.jar in mods
7. added eula.txt file
8. lunch server as java -jar forge-1.15.2-31.2.36-installer.jar

Did I missing somethings? Other Mods, config file or other?

It seems that the client log is missing a lot of stuff. Make sure to send the debug.log

but i'm not sure.

That should be the right path. I don't know why there are so few logs, but can you try if it works with a clean minecraft installation?
