And "Windows logo key(c)" and "Application key(c)" cannot be used for shortcut 
creation

There are two levels of shortcuts in PyScripter.  The IDE shortcuts and the 
Editor
shortcuts.  You can customize both from the Tools, Options menu and the IDE 
shortcuts
take precedence over the Editor shortcuts.  To define for example Ctrl-A as  
"word
left" you would have to first change the IDE shortcut for "Select All".
