Helena Ilic's Projects
Developed an Android App that allows you to search, sort, and rate college classes across multiple checkpoints in my CS124 class
"You are who you surround yourself with!" With this in mind, I created a program that allows individuals to find and connect with others based on shared interests.
A cord is a binary tree object that is used to store and manipulate a very long string efficiently. In this project, I implemented a Cord object and its corresponding behaviors to manipulate long strings through Trees.
Words from languages that we are unfamiliar with can be difficult to pronounce correctly. Phonetic pronunciation guides can help make them more accessible to us. I wrote a program that produces phonetic pronunciations for Hawaiian words.
This repository contains the Linear Algebra computational labs I completed throughout the semester, which provided practical applications of the content intersection between linear algebra and computing
When given elevation data input consistent with how the NOAA(National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) provides elevation data, a hiker wants to determine the most efficient mountain path. In this project I wrote and tested code that reads in elevation data, processes it, and then prints out a grayscale topological image map.
SQL or not- I am a fan of keeping my information organized. In this project, I implemented a working simple database consisting of tables using C++
My mom loves taking photos- but when images are larger than the space they need to fit in, we need to find a way to fit the image into the space while still not losing important elements. In this project, I implement the seam carving algorithm to provide a procedure to resize images using content awareness.
In this project I wrote code that takes a list of volunteer data and produces groups per given skillset specifications in order to automate a process that otherwise may take countless hours.
