Ah, OK, that explains it! Glad to hear you figured it out.

I'm not planning to add timezone validation in Django admin – there are many, many ways you can break the site from Django admin, and I don't think it makes sense to handle them all. It's a under-the-hood, you-need-to-know-what-you-are-doing type of a thing.

BTW you can also change your profile's timezone in the Account Settings / Email Reports page.

Can you create a new check, and reproduce the same error with it? If yes, what are the reproduction steps? Specifically, how do you specify "UTC+1" as the timezone?

Yes, details cannot be opened for the newly created checks or for the existing check.

I've found out that I have set the "UTC + 1" timezone for my account in the administration:

After changing the Tz field from "UTC+1" to "Europe/Sarajevo", now I can open check details 🎉

Thank you for the directions for resolving the issue.

Let this issue be open if you guys have in plan to add some type of validation on that Tz field. For example, check if Tz is valid before persisting data from the form. Otherwise, if this validation is not in the plan to be implemented, feel free to close this issue.
