Build failure with optparse-applicative 0.7 about haskell-names HOT 4 CLOSED

I tried fixing this, but i got severely stumped by the reference to optparse 0.6.0 in _optparsezmapplicativezm0zi6zi0_OptionsziApplicativeziTypes_OptLong_con_info, what's going on? :O

I just successfully installed haskell-names-0.3.1 with optparse-applicative-0.7.0.1 in a clean sandbox.

Probably something is wrong with your build environment.

This is very erratic, sometimes it works, sometimes not, i managed to get it to succeed with cabal-dev but not with cabal-install... Sometimes it fails when compiling haskell-names and sometimes when compiling fay. I'll let you know if i figure it out.
