Fixities are out of scope of this library

To be honest, just because I personally don't need them at the moment. We could indeed offer a function that creates a Map Symbol Fixity
. We could then offer a second function that reassociates a given module AST with the given fixities. But these are orthogonal to name resolution. I'll reopen.

That wouldn't suffice; local names may have fixities, too. It could be Map (Either Symbol SrcLoc) Fixity
Strictly speaking, it doesn't have to belong here, but there's no other place to put it (except a separate package). Fixitiy resolution is a direct client of name resolution.
