Attoparsec support about replace-megaparsec HOT 7 CLOSED

attoparsec support should be a different library, because we don't want to force an attoparsec dependency for megaparsec users and vice-versa.

Kmett's parsers library abstracts over parsec and attoparsec:

But there is no concept of match in parsers.

Concerning Parsec, it appears that Parsec has no match combinator?

attoparsec does not support being used as a monad transformer. Not a deal-breaker.

attoparsec doesn't have notFollowedBy. It would be really hard to make an attoparsec sepCap function which would be fast at all. I doubt we could get much performance improvement over megaparsec, the only reason to do attoparsec support would just be for projects which already have an attoparsec dependency.
