provider/vsphere: Crash when creating "vsphere_virtual_machine" about terraform-provider-vsphere HOT 3 CLOSED

@mehleet there are two problems here. First we do not support this feature yet, secondly we need to fail gracefully.

Hey all! Sorry for the delays in looking at this issue - I want to address/review the core issue here of not being able to put a VM's disk into a datastore that is in a folder. Will update this issue once this has been looked into!

Hey all! So I cannot repro this on a custom built version of this provider on master. I'm thinking that this bug in particular may be related to an older version of govmomi and the provider. Unfortunately the gist that is in the top of this issue does not seem to be available anymore, so I can't look at the config, but I was able to do this successfully with a datastore that is in a folder both by using its short name, and also by using its full path.

Seeing as it looks like this is resolved and we don't have any config to go off of, and the fact that the issue is so old (sorry again!), I'm going to close this issue. If this is still a problem, by all means, please open new issue! A new version of the provider comes out tomorrow, so please make sure you upgrade to that and check to make sure the issue still exists.
