It'd be good to confirm if these are always Discriminators - if so we can ignore these values (since the discriminated value is sufficient) - but if not then yeah we should parse these out and assume the enum name matches the field name, I guess?

I've encountered one in HardwareSecurityModules and opted to PR a fix for this, since this is arguably bad data if there's no consistent name available: Azure/azure-rest-api-specs#15453

There's a feature flag in the New Parser to pull these out regardless of the x-ms-enum details -
However this is ultimately still a data issue, which I've opened this issue to track: Azure/azure-rest-api-specs#21894
