现在是在考虑引入布隆过滤器，维护缓存中token的bitmap，在更新文档的时候通过布隆过滤器判断是否在缓存中，如果判断在缓存中，删除缓存。（考虑使用延迟双删）

在数据库主从架构下，数据处理过程在独立的物理机，搜索模块使用从库。在这种架构下如何得知从库写入的新数据？需要研究一下mongodb的主从复制了。
