setxattr() input and getxattr() output doesn't match about pysmbc HOT 5 CLOSED

@hamano we are not sure what's the exact issue but it seems that binding is just transfer of the input data while libsmbclient has the actual logic.

We checked the input to the context.c's Context_setxattr() function and it's giving proper input and output. And this seems to be mostly related to libsmbclient and not the binding, not sure though!!

We noticed that two test-cases (test_xattr_set() and test_xattr_set_2()) were set to be skipped. When we removed the @SkipTest annotations and attempted to run the tests, both failed. Were these two skipped due to known issue?

Can you please help us to understand the reason behind failure of above two test cases?
