URL for latest release incorrect in Dockerfile about sparkling-water HOT 2 CLOSED

Hi,

thanks a lot for trying Sparkling Water and you error report.

I fix it in ee982bd (i was fixed already on my machine, but it was not pushed)

history that when the release has been updated, the name of the zip has been changed, but version
number in the path has not. The (current) URL should be
