Javadoc version of documentation missing images about gwt HOT 9 CLOSED

Workaround:

They are there, but only in the directory <gwt-path>/doc/html. Sort this directory

by type, select all images and copy them to <gwt-
path>/doc/javadoc/com/google/gwt/user/client/ui

It would seem the quick-and-easy fix might be to just drop a copy line into the Ant
script.  However, this isn't a general solution and is probably a symptom of us using
using Javadoc incorrectly. so it's really a research item.

Here's my not-based-on-fact theory: the necessary resources should be placed in the
correct package in gwt-doc's source tree, but they aren't right now.  The reason they
aren't is probably that our custom Booklet won't handle them correctly that way.  So
the real fix is probably to put the resources in the right package, and fix Booklet
to handle them being in the right place.
