Marking issue #463 as a dup of this:

"I created an abstract EntryPoint implementation, which has the common
things all of my EntryPoints require (e.g. initialization, authentication).
Each EntryPoint was supposed to inherit the base class, including its final
onModuleLoad implementation, instead supplying a more detailed onModuleLoad
of its own. However GWT appears to require each EntryPoint to define its
own onModuleLoad(), preventing the base class from intercepting this event."

We need to make sure this also works correctly both in web mode and hosted mode.
