OnFocus events tests about gwt HOT 9 CLOSED

 CheckBox,Mozilla/Opera: fixed
 RadioButton, Mozilla/Opera: fixed
 ListBox, all:fixed
 Frame/NamedFrame: Cannot be fixed, upcoming API change
 Tree: Fixed, though Opera still gives

Fixed CheckBox, RadioButton and ListBox by sinking the correct events with the actual
button and label rather than the div and making sure onBrowserEvent delegated property.


Tree needed to have its internal focasable object sink with onfocus. Also to avoid
excess onFocus/onBlur events uses a small state system.  Extra events are still fired
on Opera.

Frame now extends Widget rather than FocusWidget.

I think the comments imply the following was fixed, but take a look in case I'm 
wrong as I believe it will be related:

You need to look at the status, "FixedNotReleased" means it has been internally
fixed, but not yet released.

Tree behavior has been modified. Now the Tree gets the focus and, if the clicked item
is focusable, immediately loses focus again by passing focus to that element. Note,
it is possible that this behavior will change again if the global semantics of focus
behavior for a focusable widget within another focusable widget is defined differently.
