@cordoval I'm not sure if I understand the problem correctly, but I have installed the phar successfully.

All settings correct for using Gush

I am not sure how to get to reproduce so i can patch symfony, this is a problem with symfony and the related symfony ticket is a sure fix. Can you do it? I can review and help you with the PR on symfony cc/ @stof could also help once is symfony

what do you mean you don't have it ? It is part of the Console component: https://github.com/symfony/Console/tree/master/Resources/bin
