Sometimes fails with `openFile: dones not exist` when watched about gulp-elm HOT 3 CLOSED

@hbaughman What editor are you using? Does this issue reproduce with another editor?

We haven't run into this (and we make use of gulp-elm all day long), so we'll need to do some more detective work to track down what might be causing this issue for you.

I was running gulp watch from the command line (Kubuntu 16.04) independently of any my editor (vim if relevant). I wound up migrating to an npm based build process.

You are welcome to close this issue if you'd like, or if you'd rather, I'd be happy to try and help you debug. You can clone down the (very minimal) elm project if you want to reproduce locally.
