So, binary of rename was missing on that system:
martinzymla@BTKY6300:/opt/lampp/htdocs/myMVC$ whereis rename
rename: /usr/bin/rename.ul /usr/share/man/man2/rename.2.gz
Fix:
apt install rename
After installing package rename all error messages disappeared and he was able to install a new module via myMVC.phar Tool.
