Nope yet.. Will do my best to close it shortly..
I'm not working with Zabbix right now, so it difficult to support it. But I'll take a look what could be done.

This would be great if there is a template also working for version 3

Just tried to import original template to Zabbix 3.0.4 from Docker -- everything is fine. Have not seen any errors or something...
If you can't find graphs and item prototypes, then check Discovery rules, as this template create them individually for each discovered disk/partition.
