The next release will have pip support where you will be able to install any pip module in the same docker volume as the Ansible version. Next release should be ready this or next week. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Silo v2.0.0 now has pip support. You can install custom and module requirements like this:
ansible-silo --shell pip install pyvmomi
from ansible-silo.
