Syntax error in Internet Explorer 11 about error-overlay-webpack-plugin HOT 7 CLOSED

@gabriel-lopez-lopez Not officially, but I'm using the following workaround at the moment:

  module: {
    rules: [
      {
        test: /\.(js|jsx)$/,
        exclude: /node_modules\/(?!(error-overlay-webpack-plugin)\/).*/,
        loader: require.resolve("babel-loader"),
      },
    ],
  }

This will include error-overlay-webpack-plugin in the Babel process, and also convert the arrow functions to IE friendly functions.
