Thank you for your feedback.
swf2lwf.rb requires Ruby1.8, 1.9 or JRuby, can you please make sure that "ruby" is working properly.

We're preparing a sophisticated solution for users who doesn't have Ruby and Windows user. With this solution, converting files would be easier than before.

i use Ruby version 1.9.3. it running ok.
i don't know, to runing swf2lwf.rb in project, i must what do?
when run script swf2lwf.rb in eclipse, i got error following:
E:/pva/ruby/gree-lwf/tools/swf2lwf/swf2lwf.rb:2770:in swf2lwf': undefined methodsub' for nil:NilClass (NoMethodError)
