try adjusting the transparency sort mode of the camera.
gameObject.camera.transparencySortMode = TransparencySortMode.Orthographic;

Hi ycheng06,
we tried that one and we're using it already in void Start() and I must say that it helped us in couple of other flash movieclips.
but for some reason it doesn't apply on this one... is there any other solution?

Try to use Orthographic Camera, it is default in Unity 4.3, 2D mode.
