Hmm, if you use swf2lwf.rb directly, you should NOT specify '-p' option. If you use it, swf2lwf.rb extracts image data from the swf file and won't use image files under xxxxx.bitmap.

If you use LWFS, please put your xxxxx.swf file and corresponding bitmap files under some folder under LWFS_work, i.e.,

LWFS_work/xxxxx/xxxxx.bitmap/
LWFS_work/xxxxx/xxxxx.swf

instead of putting them directly under LWFS_work/. This is necessary to make LWFS recognize the "xxxxx.bitmap" folder. LWFS_work_output/unity/xxxxx/ should then have all necessary files: xxxxx.bytes and corresponding image files after the conversion is successfully performed.
