I can bypass all error by removing an override keyword (don't know if I was doing the right thing)
but now I have problem with all the [Scale Type] function
NORMAL is work fine but other than that make all of my image disappear.
Any Solution?

we ran into these problems when we upgraded to NGUI3, didn't have these problems with NGUI2... its not working with NGUI 3 depth sorting for us at all :(

Sorry, we don't have time to support NGUI anymore... we will delete csharp/unity/extension/NGUI soon.
