Inaccurate step pulses below 3 microseconds about grbl HOT 4 CLOSED

A pulse of 5 microseconds works just fine for my purposes, so it's not really an "issue" for me, but I thought I'd report it anyways.

My settings follow:

$0 = 377.951 (steps/mm x)
$1 = 377.951 (steps/mm y)
$2 = 377.951 (steps/mm z)
$3 = 1 (microseconds step pulse)
$4 = 600.000 (mm/min default feed rate)
$5 = 600.000 (mm/min default seek rate)
$6 = 0.100 (mm/arc segment)
$7 = 0 (step port invert mask. binary = 0)
$8 = 4.800 (acceleration in mm/sec^2)
$9 = 50.000 (max instant cornering speed change in delta mm/min)

3 us is the shortest pulse supported. I'll add an error message for lower values.
