Because this is happening only on macOS where pre-built binary packages are mostly available, and that it's only happening for some packages, it is possible for all user packages to be reproducible and the 3p packages that have something different in them can be all pre-compiled binary packages, thus ensuring reproducibility.
It might be better to not invest time into this issue.
