Unable to run latest version about gphotos-uploader-cli HOT 5 CLOSED

I am using the Linux container on a Google Pixelbook.

I tried compiling but was missing go.

I think the easiest course of action for me is to wait for the release of Debian Bookworm and see if it works after upgrading from Debian Bullseye. My guess is libc6 will be a newer version.

I think this one can be closed as lacking required dependencies.

Just an update. I did upgrade from Debian Bullseye (11) to Debian Bookworm (12) and was able to update gphotos-uploader-cli with no issues.

Running apt install libc6

gives this message:

libc6 is already the newest version (2.31-13+deb11u6).

I don't think it is related to the gphotos-uploader-cli by itself. It seems that you're using an old version of the libc6, which is not compatible with the generated binary.

You can build your gphotos-uploader-cli binary following these instructions.

Can you confirm that it works from the compiled version?

Note: I'm curious, where are you running the command, can you paste the ouput of uname --all?
