@precompiler Issue is that is compiled with glibc. To be able to run it in alpine you need to compile it with musl-libc.
I have tested it in docker. Save following Dockerfile

docker build -t container-structure-test:alpine3.7 .your binary is in the PATH so you can run it
docker run --rm -i container-structure-test:alpine3.7 container-structure-test --helpfrom container-structure-test.
