gcloud config get-value account returns the service account, but kubectl uses some other user name consisting of only digits.

It looks something like this:
Error from server (Forbidden): clusterrolebindings.rbac.authorization.k8s.io is forbidden: User "113980177415568162865" cannot create clusterrolebindings.rbac.authorization.k8s.io at the cluster scope: Required "container.clusterRoleBindings.create" permission.
