@anirusharma This should be fixed now at r1 branch. I am still testing but you can try it as well.
Issue was split Do Fn was not working as i thought it will be. I had to add Initial and Split restriction to perform parallel processing. This has become a little bit complex but gives decent performance (Process 4M records for example 1 in less than 5 mins with 7 workers of type n1-highmem-2 ). We could go even higher but hitting hard limit of quota (600 req /minute).
